Stop the persecutions against the French solidarity movement for Palestine

In France the last few months an actual industry has been set up for the persecution against people active in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle. At least 80 BDS (boycott disinvestment-sanctions against the Israeli apartheid) activists had lawsuits against them from zionist cyrcles for incitement of racist and antisemetic hatred. An activist has already been charged at the first hearing with a fine of 1500 euro. Only this week two people will stand on trial in two different cities, one of them a parliamentarian of the Green Party. This is actually an effort for criminalizing political beliefs and straightforward support of the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land. Once more there is an effort to present critic for Israel and solidarity for Palestine as antisemintism. Once more we reaffirm that the BDS campaign, which has also the support of israeli organizations and citizens, has as its goal the end of the occupation of Palestine and is been directed to the racist Israeli state and not against the Jews. That means that it stands in opposition ideologically and politically to anti-semitism, racisms and radical right. The effort to identify solidarity for Palestine with reactionary ideologies is in reality the cover of the effort to silence any voice against the occupation, the assassinations of Palestinians that are happening every day, the suffocation of Gaza, the settlements in the West Bank and Jerusalem, the torture and the thousands of imprisonments.   
 
We demand the immediate stop of persecutions against the French BDS activists.
